My Story

There is a poem by William Stafford called The Way It Is that says there is a thread that weaves through our lives that leads us to our divine purpose. My thread has been in the power of stories and for the need to honor and empower individual gifts. I was 'booksmart' and my sister an artists. I still feel the fire rage deep in my chest when one gift is valued above another. We need all gifts, all stories to be honored, empowered, and championed so that the world might collectively thrive. I took this thread and wove a life where I research, educate, empower, and support those seeking to do this work. 

I want everyone to know the power of their story and their gifts. If I had one wish for a genie in the bottle it would be for everyone to love and honor their own stories in equal measure with how they engage with others. I want to help individuals and organizations thrive through coaching and consulting. Organizations need to be adaptive now more than ever - the best way to do this is by harnessing the collective power within. I developed the CoAdapt framework to support organizations in adapting, innovating, and thriving.
